Products Can I use more than one SOLAVYN product?
Yes, when the products fit different parts of your routine. Follow each product’s directions and introduce active skincare conservatively if your skin is easily irritated.
Ingredients Where can I see the ingredients?
Product pages highlight the ingredients relevant to each formula. For the final and complete ingredient information, use the packaging or supplier-confirmed documentation for the exact product you receive.
Ingredients Why are some claims more conservative than other skincare brands?
We prefer product-specific, cosmetic language over borrowing dramatic statistics or clinical claims that do not belong to the exact SOLAVYN formula being sold.
Orders How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also visit the Track My Order page for the fastest available tracking route.
Orders Can I change my order after checkout?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order enters fulfilment we may not be able to change the address, products or quantities.
Shipping How long does delivery take?
Our current typical estimate is 1–3 business days for processing plus approximately 7–14 business days for tracked delivery. Carrier and destination delays can affect this estimate, so check the Shipping & Delivery page for the current policy.
Shipping When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent after fulfilment. The dispatch email is usually the fastest way to access the carrier link tied to your shipment.
Returns What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Our current product experience uses a 30-day satisfaction promise. It is an extra SOLAVYN commitment and does not limit consumer rights that apply under Australian law.
Routine How quickly should I expect visible changes?
It depends on the product, your skin and how consistently you use it. We avoid one universal timeline because different formulas and concerns behave differently.
Routine Should I patch test?
Patch testing is a sensible step when trying a new cosmetic, especially if your skin is reactive or the formula contains active ingredients. Follow the final product directions and stop using a product if persistent irritation occurs.
